Calls, Recordings, and Artificial Intelligence

Telephone calls and other communications may be recorded or transcribed. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording.

We may use third-party technology, including artificial intelligence-enabled tools, to transcribe, organize, summarize, route, and review information you provide. These tools may process call recordings, transcripts, form submissions, and other communications for purposes such as intake, case evaluation, communication, recordkeeping, and administration of potential legal matters.

Artificial intelligence may assist our personnel and legal professionals but does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship or replace the professional judgment of an attorney.

Third-party technology providers may process information on our behalf in connection with these services. We use reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the systems and providers we use.

Calls and Text Messages

If you provide a telephone number and consent to communications, we may contact you by telephone or text message regarding your inquiry or potential legal matter.

Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of receiving legal services. You may revoke your consent at any time through a reasonable method, including by telling us that you no longer wish to receive communications or replying STOP to a text message.

Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site, improve functionality, measure advertising effectiveness, attribute inquiries, and help deliver or measure advertising.

Providers may include companies such as Google, Meta/Facebook, Microsoft, TikTok, HubSpot, and other advertising, analytics, communications, CRM, call-tracking, or website technology providers.

These technologies may collect limited information such as device identifiers, browser information, IP address, referring advertisements, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site.

We do not knowingly disclose the contents of legal or medical intake responses to advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for direct monetary compensation in the traditional sense.

However, certain advertising, analytics, cookie, pixel, or similar activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” under applicable state privacy laws.

We also recognize legally required browser-based privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), where applicable.

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we maintain about you

  • Request deletion of certain personal information

Some information may be exempt from a request or retained where permitted or required by law.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including evaluating inquiries, providing services, maintaining business and legal records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our rights.

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may provide information concerning a minor when relevant to a potential legal inquiry.

Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting a form, providing information, communicating with us, or requesting a case evaluation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is established only when expressly agreed to and confirmed as required by the applicable law firm.

Information submitted through the Site may be reviewed by attorneys, intake personnel, service providers, technology providers, or affiliated legal professionals assisting with the evaluation and administration of potential claims.
